Our retail shop can be found in the old market town of Llanrwst, which is in the heart of the picturesque Conwy Valley, just 20mins from the A55 Expressway.

If you are in any way not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase from us. Just return it in original condition with all the packaging etc within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or replacement. We want all our customers to be happy totally satisfied with their purchase.
